Dita Karang's trip to debut in Korea with Secret Number

Dita Karang became the first K-Pop girlband member from Indonesia. When holding a showcase on the day of his debut, Monday (5/19), he recounted his journey before his debut with Secret Number.
Dita claimed to admire 2NE1 for a long time. When he was in school, he often covered 2NE1's songs.
"When I was in junior high school in Indonesia, I did a lot of 2NE1 covers. Since then I started to like K-Pop and the desire to appear on stage," said Dita.
Dita then went to college in New York. He began to enter the dance academy and try out auditions to debut on the K-Pop girl band.
"When I went to college in New York, I joined the dance academy. Because I like K-Pop, I tried auditioning and passed," he continued.
In the introduction at the showcase, Dita played a role as a dancer in the group. He is also said to have a variety of hobbies and likes to experiment with makeup. (dal / imk)
