Former WWE star Shad Gaspard was declared missing while swimming in Venice Beach, Los Angeles. He called swept strong waves on the beach when with his son.
The 39-year-old man was last seen at 3:40 a.m. local time.
"He was spotted by coast guard, big waves pulled him, and took him to the middle of the sea," said local police.
Gaspard swims in black and gray shorts. He initially only swam on the beach, but a few moments later he began to move away from the shoreline with his son.
Until now it was reported that only his 10-year-old son had been found and was receiving medical care.
"The LA coast guard is still leading the search for the second victim, who is reported to be the father of the first victim that has been found," wrote an official release from local officials.
A coast guard also told me if he could see them drifting and tried to save them.
"He wanted to save both of them. But the father said his last words," Save my child, "" he recalled.
Until now, Gaspard has not yet been found. Gaspard is known as one of the WWE wrestlers and is a colleague of Cryme Tyme.
