The Public Prosecutor asked the judge to sentence the defendant to 4.5 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 10 million against the defendant Gaga Muhammad. The judge also considered, during the trial, Gaga's attitude was polite.
Upset with the light demands that Gaga Muhammad received, the 19-year-old girl protested.
He admitted that he couldn't understand why polite behavior was always used as an excuse to lighten someone's sentence.
"The more polite people, the more disturbing it feels," wrote Hasya Kyla through her Instagram Story.
"Regardless of what the demands are, don't be polite. The reason is so big it feels very unfair."
In addition to being annoyed with the polite attitude that made the demands for Gaga's punishment not worth it, Hasya also cursed the figure of the 21-year-old man.
He hopes that Gaga for life can only walk backwards and experience itching all over her body.
"Right now I can only pray that the gaga's feet are itchy badly, the bumps don't go away. Every time his back itches, I never find the itching anywhere," he wrote.
