According to Djamaluddin, this report originated from Marissya's Instagram upload around December 2021, which doubted Medina's achievements. Namely, about getting awards for 50 Indonesian women.

"Yesterday, who mentioned what achievements have been achieved by the complainant, in this case our client, in the post that the award received by our client, he said, was full of bribes," said Djamalluddin.

"There are other things that caused our client to receive this award. Because at the award there were 50 of the best Indonesian women, including Sri Mulyani's mother."

In addition, Medina considered Marissya to often write satire on her Instagram uploads. The proof of the upload is attached by Medina and his attorney.

"The caption from the reported person mentioning the name or initials of the reporter MZ, who is our client, the words "yes, let's go to the US, but there are those who want to go to the USA, also MZ instead of going to the USA for treatment but the visa and passport I've been banned by immigration and can't go out of the country until the business with me is finished, I'm sorry, I want to run abroad, I'm ashamed," said Djamalluddin.

Medina Zein's report against Marissya Icha was recorded with the police report number LP/B/64/1/2022/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: 05 January 2022.

Meanwhile, Medina Zein is a suspect in the case reported by Marissya. Medina is suspected of Article 27 Paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 3 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and or 311 of the Criminal Code. /celebrties.id
