"I will always love him (Megan Fox). And I know he will always love me and I know so far we have made a cool and very special family," he said.
Brian did not specify what caused the two to separate, he only said there was a change in his life after 15 years with Megan.
"It feels upset when your life changes and something that you used to do for 15 years, which you always do and never forget, must change," he said.
"I don't want Megan and myself to be awkward ... She will always be my best friend for 15 years and I don't want to lose that," he added.
Previously there was a splashy news that said if Megan secretly established a relationship with rapper Machine Gun Kelly. But Brian said if the two were just friends now.
Megan also often tells about Kelly who is the co-star in the film 'Midnight in the Switchgrass'.
